Information on the company
A small animation company pro-actively growing its client base and team. Clients are mainly B to B services, but also healthcare is a key area for us. Working hours to suit approx 1 day per week.
How you can expect to spend your day?
Working remotely, but must be available to meet in person but Skype meetings will be used too.
The company is looking for someone who shares a passion video animation, who can work with existing assets as well as creating their own content to promote the business, grow the email subscribers, grow and manage facebook group/page.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Promoting and developing lead magnets/freebies for growing and engaging the mail chimp subscribers.
• Generating ideas for strategy.
• Analyse traffic, identify trends and report back on campaign success.
• With above point, work with the business owner to adapt the social strategy
• Crafting compelling copy from snappy social content right through to engaging blog posts.
• Using canva/spark to create some graphics and using smarter queue to schedule.
• Researching to help identify target markets and specific target clients.
• Implementing paid ads on FB and google video ads.
• Managing FB group and page through content and community engagement.
Desired profile
Must be studying for digital marketing/communications or business related degree
What are the ideal intern’s personality and qualifications:
• Must be digitally savvy, with a real passion for social media and a strong creative eye for identifying new trends and content angles and implementing them independently
• A solid understanding of trends analysis and google/social analytics tools is a must
• Ideas and creative thinking are very important, however the ability to bring them to life are too. You’ll be organised & focused with a real attention to detail and strong admin and research skills
• Have a passion for animation and a real desire to progress and grow.
• A dynamic, creative, confident individual with an understanding of the b2b marketing industry.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly motivated – can work on their own.
• A learner who is adaptable and not afraid to ask questions.
• A curious, questioning mind and the desire to learn and develop new skills.
