Poste et missions:
Thrilling to participate in ambitious projects within the pharmaceutical industry?
We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to join the Innovation & technologies department – Waterloo site.
Your main tasks are to:
- Participate in the design and development of technical solutions to ensure that business requirements are satisfied.
- Work with colleagues and internal customers to understand business requirements, and to translate them in solutions.
- Assist in the development and the implementation of databases, data collection systems, data analytics
- Produce and track key performance indicators
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
- Create data dashboards, graphs and visualizations.
- Assist in the development of records management processes and procedures
Profil:
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of data analysis tools
- you don't need to know all of them at entry level but you should show advanced skills in Excel and the use of at least one relational database
- VBA and SQL Server
- Capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows
- Ability to carry out data quality control, validation and linkage
- An understanding of data protection issues
- Ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualizations.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Fluent in English and French
