Job description
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in CRM, especially data analytics and social CRM aspect. • Relevant experience in fashion/luxury/retail industry is a plus • Passionate in data analytics and omni CRM • Detail-oriented and proficient in data analytic tools
Client Intelligence & Reports
• Analyze weekly/monthly client reports and develop action plans together with cross-function stakeholders, especially retail team.
• Provide reports catering to different business needs with both quantitative and qualitative information.
• Support team in client list/reports for client RSVP preparation and activation result review.
Define integrated client base and client information capture flow
• Ensure client data capture and accuracy across omni channels
• Refine client data capture flow to capture the data we need for single client view across channels
Omni Clientele Tools
• Define local omni clientele tools like Wecom and Client Mini Program etc., to connect with clients and elevate client experience in omni channels.
• Initiate programs/campaigns on omni tools to support business needs.
• Track and monitor performance across omni tools.
