ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first couture house to introduce the concept of luxury prêt-à-porter in a 1966 collection called ‘Rive Gauche’, synonymous with youth and freedom. This shift represented a first critical step in the modernization of fashion and revolutionized the socio-cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury goods division of the Kering Group acquired Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position the house at the summit of the luxury universe. Today, Saint Laurent collections include women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods, jewelry, scarves, ties and eyewear.

ROLE

This position is based in the Hong Kong Saint Laurent office, directly reporting to APAC Senior Project Manager and supporting the store planning activities across the Asia Pacific.

MISSION

·  Perform general administrative support on various store planning projects
·  Assist to source materials and handle purchase requisitions
·  Prepare & update presentation document for regular management meeting 
·  Negotiate and communicate with vendors/suppliers on pricing and maintain a good relationship
·  Prepare contract budget, cost estimation and evaluation of the tender submission
·  Follow up with quotation, agreement and payment issues
·  Maintain a filing system
·  Assist in other ad-hoc assignments 

PROFILE

·  Degree holder or equivalent in Project Management, Management Engineering, Architecture, business administration would be preferred
·  At least one year of experience in Store Planning, procurement and/or team support/assistant
·  Attentive to details with multi-tasking capability
·  Fast-paced and able to work independently
·  Proficiency in using Microsoft office and basic knowledge of SAP system
·  Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
·  Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Photoshop, producing construction / working drawings will be a plus
