Job description
ROLE Perform day to day finance operations, as well as, data management, various analysis and retail support including stock management.

MISSION
Full support towards finance team and cross function with other departments such as retail, Marketing & Communication, Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Human resources, and Kering Shared Service, to achieve the company target by providing an accurate data and service.
Optimize the operational flow across the division to maximize the productivity.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting
Retail Daily Sales vs Budget & LY (Local & HQ)
Wholesale (Weekly / Monthly /YTD)
Cost Control
Opex / Balance sheet
· Capex & depreciation
· Account payable/ Account receivable
· GL/ Intercompany
· Control Invoice issue process
· Closing – monthly / yearly
· Preparation for audit
Analysis
Forecast/ Budget
Budget Control and Analysis
Retail Support
Handing invoices
Executing stock taking
Window for store maintenance
Support on new opening, refurbishment etc.
