ABOUT SAINT LAURENT Founded in 1961, Yves Saint Laurent was the first fashion house to introduce the concept of luxury ready-to-wear with the creation of the 'Rive Gauche' line in 1966, synonymous with youth and freedom. This change represented a crucial first step in the modernisation of fashion and revolutionised the socio-cultural landscape. In 1999, the luxury division of the Kering Group acquired the house of Yves Saint Laurent and, under the creative direction of Anthony Vaccarello since April 2016, continues to position it at the top of the luxury universe. Today, the Saint Laurent collections include women's and men's ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, small leather goods, jewellery, scarves, ties and eyewear.
ROLE
Your role will be to drive and implement Client Engagement activities in the region, supporting a customer centric culture within the retail network. This role will support the EMEA client team in reports and handle stores’ periodical requests.
MISSION
· Support Client Development team in generating recurring weekly and monthly reports
· Handle stores’ periodical requests such as clients’ re-assignment and data cleansing
· Support Client Development team to prepare lists of clients for outreach campaign
· Support the EMEA Client team to prepare presentation (guidelines for outreach, gifting, etc. for retail team)
· Support EMEA Client team for ad hoc projects when necessary
PROFILE
· You are currently in a Master's program and are looking for an internship at the end of your studies.
· Excellent skills for Excel and other Office Software
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Fluent in English
· Articulate and precise in communication
· Prior experience in CRM system and statistical tools will be an advantage
