RTW Production Planner & Controller

Job description

Role Mission

The candidate will support the BALENCIAGA RTW Production team. He/she will ensure the achievement of the seasonal production targets supporting the production process, from the very beginning until the delivery of the finished product to the warehouse by interfacing with other departments as external laboratories, raw material buying office, pattern making, quality technicians, product development and warehouses.
Key Accountabilities

· Receive technical data and input assignments in the information system
· Draw up the production documentation necessary to the laboratories and internal and external technicians
· Collaborate with purchasing raw materials offices, pattern making and textile quality control in order to support and better coordinate the production launch activities
· Perform the production launch activities
· Update laboratories on launch forecast
· Manage transports data needed by laboratories to better coordinate outgoing goods from the warehouse
· Monitor production progress and raw material receipt by suppliers
· Ensure procedures compliance

Qualifications :

Key Requirements
·  At least 3-year experience in the luxury goods production process
·  Technical product knowledge in the ready-to-wear sector
·  Fluency in English, French and Italian
·  Proficiency with MS Office
·  Good communication and relational skills
