Temporary RTW Product Development Assistant

Scope

Working within Stella McCartney RTW product development Department, the position will play a fundamental role in the development of RTW collections of the brand.

The chosen person will support the RTW product developers to interpret and realise samples based on the indications of the Design office and in close collaboration with other departments such as Materials Research and Purchasing and Pattern making.

Main Responsibilities

- Responsible for managing samples that arrive on a daily basis.

- Archive shipping documents by date

- Assist in the organisation of show, logistics of collection, fitting

- Creation of sales book and related colour and fabric sheets

- Preparation of technical & administrative documentation for the collection

- Update documents of the collection development such as, collection folders, line list, fitting photos, sketch launches

- Assist the senior collection manager with the daily collection timing

- Proto and collection shipping

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Main Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably working on the development of RTW collections

- Good organisation and planning skills

- Fluent English, Italian language skills are advantageous

- Available to frequently travel abroad and in Italy
