Job Description

Our Mission

We are currently looking for a Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic Visual Merchandising and Trade Marketing team based in Milan.

How you will contribute

· 
Manage the personalization projects for the regions

· 
Liaise with external suppliers to develop and deliver on time special projects for the regions

· 
Being the key contact of the regions for all VM requests

· 
Run competitors analysis on a daily basis

· 
Attend store openings and refits

· 
Update of the VM guidelines

· 
Managing the visual updates in store, ensuring these are ordered and implemented correctly in the field

· 
Showroom set-up and update of the VM guidelines

· 
Contribute to the creation of seasonal visual merchandising guidelines for retail and wholesale customer

· 
Train Retail team to be aware of VM guidelines

Who you are

· 
Master’s Degree

· 
At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role

· 
Fluency in English

· 
Constancy, energy, passion and proactivity

· 
Proficient in Photoshop/Adobe, Microsoft Office

· 
Strong ability to work with teams in a collaborative manner

· 
Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects

· 
Availability to travel
