Our Mission:

We are currently looking for a Sales Associate that serves as a brand representative and offers luxury customer service in our Oak Street - Chicago Flagship

How you will contribute:

The candidate will work within the Retail Store and will be responsible for the following activities:

Drive retail sales at the store level by selling merchandise;

Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals established by management;

Achieve high levels of sales performance and results;

Provides a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service;

Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information and merchandise;

Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers;

Clienteling – Building and establishing strong relationships with clients;

Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping;

Maintain a neat and orderly store at all times and follow proper procedures for attire and presentation of jewelry;

Coordinate incoming and outgoing merchandise repairs with Corporate office;

Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock;

Adhere to all Company policies, procedures and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention;

Unload deliveries to include lifting and carrying boxes and stocking in appropriate areas;

Communicate customer requests to management;

Participate in all cycle counts and/or semi-annual for inventory management;

Reports any theft or suspected theft by customers or employees to the appropriate parties immediately;

Any other duties as assigned by management.

Who you are:

Self-sufficient; Self-Starter with a proactive attitude;

Demonstrate a proven history of exceeding both individual and store targets while building lasting relationships with both customers and your team;

Ability to work varied scheduled, including evenings, weekends and holidays based on business needs;

Ability to be agile adapting to the customers and business needs;

Strong organizational skills and follow through;

Strong oral and written communication skills along with the ability to multitask;

Computer Literacy;

Prior luxury retail experience preferred;

Foreign language a +
