Job Description

Your opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Western Europe team of Pomellato based in Paris.

Under the supervision of the Retail Operations Manager, you will get to work closely with the retail teams of Western Europe (France, Montecarlo, UK, Spain & Belgium) as well as on a transversal project with our headquarters in Milan.

How you will contribute

Retail Operations:

·  Assist boutiques with ad-hoc requests on maintenance, IT, logistics & other daily operations to ensure stores are smoothly operated
·  Stock Analysis: follow up on store transfers & rebalancing
·  Follow up of After Sales & support the stores in using the new SalesForce platform for repairs management
·  Project on planning harmonization
·  Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Retail Performance:

·  Prepare the monthly targets to be sent to the stores
·  Conduct monthly analysis on store discounts, retail team incentives
·  Other ad-hoc analysis

Transversal Project:

·  Contribute to the creation & roll-out of the new store handbook

Profile

Master 1 or 2 - University degree, Business school

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Self-starter with an eagerness to learn

Previous experience in retail ideally in luxury goods is a plus

Fluent in English

Proficient use in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
