Job Family Description -HR Business Partner: Performs a wide range of Human Resources activities and supervision. Provides specialised advice and assistance to business unit management regarding complex HR issues.

We are currently looking for an Industrial Relations and Labour Law Intern .

How will you contribute:

· 
Participate to the day-to-day activities: consultation with Employee Representatives (area Corporate and Retail at local and national level), implementation of collective bargaining agreements while ensuring compliance with their terms, reporting;

· 
Support the team in creating and updating the global and local Policies, Procedures (Corporate and Retail), ensuring that employment practices and policies adhere to relevant Labor legislation;

· 
Collect data for audits and ad-hoc reports;

· 
Handle the internal welfare platform requests from employees (access, navigation...);

· 
Conduct research on Labor market trends and best practices in industrial relations to support decision-making and policy enhancement or creation. 

Who you are:

· 
Student or graduated with Bachelor's Law Degree with a focus on Labor Law;

· 
Familiar with the concepts of collective bargaining, employee rights, and human resources management;

· 
Motivated for doing research and examining, with detail, legal documents, case law, and industrial relations literature;

· 
Ready to enhance your communication skills in spoken and written Italian and English.
