How will you contribute? As Junior Merchandiser, WRTW & Soft Accessories, you will play a pivotal support role within the merchandising team, working closely with the Senior Merchandiser to help deliver commercial success across collections. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, detail-driven, and passionate about luxury fashion. Assortment Support • Support the development of collection briefs, manage samples, work in collaboration with PD to ensure line sheets are correct and in line with collection development. • Monitor collection assortment progress versus initial brief across Women’s RTW and Soft Accessories. • Gather and consolidate collection feedback, contributing actively to the definition of future collection briefs. • Help ensure collections are aligned with brand identity, market trends, and client expectations. Analysis & Reporting • Conduct competitor and market benchmarking to identify emerging trends and support pricing positioning. • Deliver actionable insights to guide assortment and product strategy decisions. • Analyse best and worst sellers to optimise future buys and product development. • Build sell-in reports and tools to support selling and buying campaigns. • Contribute to post-buy and post-sell debrief analyses, liaising with Retail and Wholesale teams to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback. Merchandising Decks & Tools • Support in the creation of merchandising decks and training materials to brief retail teams ahead of collection launches. • Ensure clarity and consistency across all merchandising presentations and tools. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate closely with Design, Product Development, Production, Retail, and E-commerce teams to support product launches and seasonal strategies. • Ensure accuracy and alignment of product information across systems, presentations, and communications. Visual Merchandising & Presentation • Assist in the preparation of product presentations and provide the Showroom team with accurate product information • Build merchandising strategy in support of Senior Merchandising • Support Senior Merchandiser with collection editing and sample management Required Skills: • You will be able to demonstrate the desired McQueen behaviours. • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Fashion Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Previous experience in merchandising, planning, buying, or a similar function within fashion retail. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; familiarity with merchandising tools or reporting systems is a plus. • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. • Clear communicator, collaborative, and eager to learn from senior stakeholders. • Passion for luxury fashion and deep curiosity about WRTW and Soft Accessories trends.
