Job Description
Your Opportunity
Kering is currently seeking a Treasury Analyst based in our Wayne, New Jersey location to support the chargeback activity for our brands, as well as other areas of the Treasury department as needed.
How you will contribute
The Treasury Analyst will be a key contributor in the daily activities of our Treasury department. This position will help us ensure disputed credit card transactions are reviewed timely and responded to with accurate documentation against a fraudulent claim. Specific tasks include:

Navigate merchant processor systems to download and research all retail and ecommerce disputes
·
Identify, prepare, and process merchant correspondence related to retrieval requests and chargebacks
·
Review merchant sales drafts to ensure compliance with credit card regulations
·
Identify problems associated with merchant disputes and properly escalate/communicate to management and other executive teams
·
Work with retail store and ecommerce team members to resolve disputes and identify trends
·
Maintain weekly and monthly reporting of all disputed transactions, including chargebacks and reversals
·
Knowledge of various credit card association rules and regulations to ensure the company is following current industry standards and remain PCI compliant
·
Communicate effectively with brand management teams on chargeback activity that includes analysis and suggestions to improve overall disputes
·
Participate in the monthly preparation of journal entries and other Treasury related closing activities
·
Involvement in other Treasury responsibilities as assigned
Who you are
·
3 -5 years of general chargeback experience with knowledge of various merchant processing platforms
·
Strong analytical, prioritization, research, and problem-solving skills
·
Close attention to detail, curious to learn and eager to address discrepancies
·
Ability to meet hard deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment managing
·
Able to manage confidential information
·
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
·
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and SAP
·
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
