Summary
Your opportunity

As part of the Greater China Kering Technologies team, you will perform all operational processes and procedures, ensuring that all MarTech products/platforms meet operational targets.
In addition to running and monitoring all infrastructure and application components, they also manage and enhance incident, problem, change, and release management processes.

Job Description

How you will contribute  

·  You will perform all operational processes and procedures, ensuring that all MarTech products/platforms meet operational targets.
·  Be second-tier support on incident handling.

Who you are

·  At least 2 years in a large, complex, international environment.
·  Proficiency in any programming language, such as C, C++, Java, Python or .NET
·  Demonstrable knowledge of Windows server O/S and Linux O/S
·  General understanding of networking concepts
·  Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and techniques related to networks and systems i.e. remote access tools, connectivity tests, etc.
·  General knowledge of SQL server
·  Broad knowledge of technologies includes but not limited to, 
·  Data warehouse or big-data platform.
·  API/Micro-service
·  Cloud, e.g., Azure, Ali, AWS
·  WeChat Platforms
·  Past working experience in facing users and ability to communicate complex problems in a non-technical and simplified manner.
·  Self-motivated and quick learner
·  Good interpersonal and presentation skills, presenting in front of a group of high-level audiences.
·  Solid understanding of China's digital ecosystems
·  Solid data governance and compliance experience
·  Fluent in English and Mandarin
