As part of the Greater China Kering Technology team, you will collaborate with Regional/HQ Kering Technology teams to conduct initiative/demands/innovations/projects related to data management, including CRM, CDP, DMP, data governance, and also work with legal/compliance team/CESO/security team to ensure data security and compliance.

Job Description

How you will contribute  

·  Initiative/demands/innovation
·  Solution advisor to advise how business could leverage local digital ecosystems
·  As Business partner, following industry trends, especially the China MarTech eco-system, collect business demands, and propose initiatives/innovations.
·  Actively communicate with regional/HQ Kering Technology team to get alignment & support on initiative/innovation/demands.
·  Solution Design & Management
·  Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
·  Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for the delivery team to follow
·  Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performance
·  Provide documentation of all processes and training as needed

Who you are

·  At least 2 years in large, complex, international environment
·  Broad knowledge of technologies includes but is not limited to,
·  Data warehouse or big-data platform.
·  API/Micro-service
·  Cloud, e.g., Ali, AWS, Azure
·  WeChat Mini-program
·  Solid solution design experience
·  Solid business experience in digital area, knowledge of at least one of the marketing technology platforms
·  Customer Data Platform
·  Marketing Automation
·  Personalisation
·  Consumer Insight
·  Data Management Platform (DMP)
·  Solid data governance and compliance experience
·  Solid understanding on China's digital ecosystems
·  Strong critical thinking skills to identify problems, consider logical solutions, implement plans, and study whether their changes cause improvements.
·  Ability to communicate complex problems in a non-technical and simplified manner
·  Ability to establish and maintain a high level of trust and confidence
·  Fluent in English and Mandarin
·  Retail experience in luxury apparel is a plus
·  Experience with Agile software development is a plus.
·  Familiar with data in EC platforms, e.g., Databank, SYCM is a plus.
