Job Description

Mission:

The Senior Indirect Procurement Analyst will assist and conduct Indirect Procurement projects in Americas to create value for both Kering Group and each individual brands.

Position reports to the Indirect Procurement Manager for the Americas based in New York.

Duties & Responsibilities:

· 
Analyze spend and supplier base on Indirect Procurement categories across the different Brands and Kering Corporate to find cost synergies (Savings) and process improvement opportunities.
Categories will include store operations & facilities and may also include IT Store planning, Construction, Logistics, Professional Services, Marketing & Com, and others.

· 
Conduct and assist Procurement projects (need analysis, market research, specification of work, sourcing, RFI, RFQ, proposal analysis, negotiation, selection, contract management, roll-out) and actively engage Kering Americas stakeholders in the process

· 
Work closely with project teams in understanding the needs, objectives, and priorities to improve cost, service, and quality of the covered spend

· 
Partner with legal department for Service Agreements

· 
Support the implementation of Indirect Procurement cost optimizations projects and processes

· 
Create and update project and performance report (quantitative and qualitative outcomes) and review with management

· 
Team up and exchange with other regions (Europe & Asia) on regular basis

· 
Track suppliers performance and analyze suppliers’ health according to defined targets and metrics

· 
Develop innovation, sustainability and process improvement with suppliers

· 
Develop best practice and benchmarks throughout brands by creation, steering and continuous involvement of stakeholders

· 
Develop strong internal relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure proper internal communication about Procurement actions and achievements

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· 
Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business

· 
Strong data analysis and spreadsheet processing, ease with numbers  

· 
Understanding of business finance structure

· 
Ability to work independently, possesses time management and problem-solving skills

· 
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· 
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders in a complex and decentralized international environment.

· 
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

· 
Service oriented, committed, creative and proactive mindset

· 
Entrepreneurial motivation

· 
MS office skills – advanced in excel and PowerPoint

· 
Fluent in English - Spanish, Italian or French is a plus

· 
At least 2-3 years’ experience in indirect procurement, preferably in a multinational company
