We are currently seeking a Reverse Logistics Representative who will report to the Reverse Logistics Coordinator as part of our dynamic team in Cadempino.

Job Description

Your opportunity

You will be an integral part of the Reverse Logistics team and will analyse and ensure an excellent standard of service and satisfaction for internal customers by managing the relationship with clients in cooperation with all the departments involved and all Brands. This exciting opportunity will allow you to provide top quality service across our luxury brands.

How you will contribute

·  Cooperate with the front offices, managing all product returns and ICT
·  Issue system practices
·  Track and manage transfers to and from return warehouses
·  Supervise daily interactions with warehouses
·  Report and analyse any discrepancies
·  Search, handle and reconcile stock, working with the offices involved
·  Organise shipping schedules to consolidate withdrawals/receipts and relevant loads and give instructions to the transport department regarding withdrawals to be organised for each procedure
·  Request the issue of documents to the invoicing office at the end of each procedure
·  Send timely feedback to the front offices on the status of the procedure and the reception of goods

Who you are

·  A high school graduate (preferably a university graduate)
·  An expert in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
·  An excellent communicator able to work well with individuals from all levels of an organisation and suppliers
·  A collaborative problem solver who is able to prioritise
·  A proactive detail-oriented person who is able to regularly meet tough deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks
·  Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken (good knowledge of either French or German would be an advantage)
