We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable & Receivable Representative who will report to the Accounts Payable & Receivable Coordinator as part of our dynamic team in Cadempino.

Job Description

Your opportunity

You will form an integral part of the Accounting Department within the Integrated Logistics Business Unit, ensuring accurate reporting of all the company’s financial statements. You will be in charge of supporting the daily and monthly accounting workflow and analysis. This interesting role will allow you to manage the accounting of our luxury brands.

How you will contribute

· 
Check and register payable and receivable invoices

· 
Record bank statements and perform monthly and intercompany reconciliations

· 
Carry out general accounting and analysis

· 
Manage the treasury and the bank account

· 
Prepare adjusting journal entries

· 
Complete monthly balance sheet and income statement reports

· 
Provide monthly reports on sales and margin and develop ad hoc financial and operational reports, according to the management needs

· 
Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external auditors

Who you are

· 
High school graduate (a university degree in economics will be considered a plus)

· 
Accountant with at least a former experience in a similar role; any experience in an international company will be a plus

· 
Proactive detail-oriented person, with analytical approach, able to regularly meet challenging deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks

· 
Flexible and positive team player with excellent communication skills, a collaborative and inclusive approach, who is able to work with a high level of autonomy when needed

· 
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (working knowledge of AS400, JD Edwards and/or SAP will be a plus)

· 
Fluent in Italian, with a good knowledge of English
