We are currently seeking a Indirect Procurement Intern to join our Hong Kong office, direct reporting to the Indirect Procurement Manager, APAC.

We are currently seeking an Indirect Procurement Assistant to join our Hong Kong office.

Your opportunity

· 
To work in a multinational luxury retail group, the candidate will gain exposure from various projects in different countries across APAC.

How you will contribute

· 
Support and executive less-complex agreements and renewals, including interactions with the vendors, legal and business units across brands

· 
Work collaboratively and support the team to negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the procurement strategy

· 
Perform Supplier due diligence checking, contracts and relevant documentations management

· 
Ensure adherence to the purchasing policy and thresholds set by the Group

· 
Perform detailed analysis of spend and other data to identify savings, and explore efficiency opportunities

· 
Assist on the development of dashboards, reports, and key conclusions from the analysis; Support the development of communications for internal and external audiences

· 
Build and maintain regular project performance report (quantitative and qualitative outcomes)

· 
Provide administrative support on procurement tools

Who you are

· 
Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain / Procurement, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent

· 
1 to 2 years’ experience in procurement functions, preferably from MNCs

· 
Fundamental understanding of end-to-end procurement processes

· 
Advanced software skills (Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and others for preparing communication materials)

· 
Strong ability to gather, analyze, and report on internal data sources

· 
Creative thinking and problem solving will also assist in success within the position

· 
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, a third language in French is a plus
