   HR Intern – Talent and Learning & Development    
 
Location: Singapore, on-site
 
Reports to: Talent & Learning Director, Asia Pacific
  Your opportunity   
 
We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Intern to join our Talent and Learning Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, performance management and learning and development across the Asia Pacific region. You will play a key role in supporting strategic HR initiatives that drive employees’ growth & development in the organisation.
  How you will contribute   
 
    Talent Acquisition & Development    
 
·  Support talent acquisition programmes to position the company as a great place to work. 
·  Assist in leveraging recruitment analytics and reporting for continuous improvement. 
·  Assist in supporting the adoption and utilization of the talent tool. 
·  Assist in the implementation of talent development initiatives, including development programs, skills gap assessments, and other strategic talent projects. 
   Learning & Development    
 
·  Assist in programme administration, coordination, and support. 
·  Project support for ongoing L&D programmes and digital learning. 
·  Data & Reporting to identify trends, participation rates and areas for improvement. 
   Performance Management    
 
·  Assist in performance review process support including preparation of communication materials and guides. 
·  Assist in linking performance outcome to recognition programmes and development opportunities, track follow up actions for continuous improvement. 
·  Support the collection and organisation of performance data across teams and functions. Assist in analysing performance metric and trends for improvement. 
  Who you are?   
 
·  Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field. 
·  Strong organizational and communication skills. 
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 
·  Passionate about people development and eager to learn. 
·  Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
