Started in 2019, the Finance Transformation project aims to leverage the implementation of SAP as well as several financial business applications (Concur, Esker, Blackline, etc.) to streamline the Finance Shared Services processes and organization, ultimately enabling the regionalization / globalization of those processes and organization. The SAP implementation project is a >100Mio $ project, ultimately planning to serve >3000 users.

We are currently seeking a Vendor Master Data Specialist to join our team based in Florence.

Job Description

Your opportunity

You are responsible to successfully manage vendor data across EMEA within the agreed roadmap, including: 

·  Participate to our Vendor and Customer Master Data creation and updates. This process covers the full lifecycle across landscape, starting from business team request, through managing compliance and financial data
·  Support end users to understand and become familiar with Master Data end-to-end process
·  Ensure complete 100% documented processes assessing database management, including training documents
·  Interact with Finance BPO so that activities and agenda are always aligned with the different SAP (and other tools) implementations and rollouts
·  Implement and assess Service Level Agreement (SLA), setup clear procedures with the requestors and Finance Shared service BPO to improve it

How you will contribute

·  Participate to Vendor and Customer Master Data enrichment and deployment for all Kering brands, leveraging on defined procedures and best practices. This will cover banking and financial data for all types of third parties and intercompanies
·  Participate to Vendor and Customer data migration during projects (SAP roll-out, Esker deployment), etc. to reach a level of 100% data harmonization on vendor data upload with 80% of vendors created for the companies going live
·  Support user requests by checking the functional, banking, legal and compliance data for vendor creation, modification, extension, or block, using our MDM compliance tools such as World-Check and Trustpair (anti-fraud bank account verification & compliance review). All vendors should be validated through those tools before any creation
·  Monitor continuously the relevancy and security of data in SAP using all other Kering verification tools like Dun&Bradstreet, Onetrust, per Angusta, etc. as well as our BI tools (Power BI & data lake) for duplicate checks and data completion
·  Check interfaces are running properly by checking completeness of the data in SAP and other tools such as Tririga for Real Estate. Troubleshoot interface issues in case of missing business data
·  Handle Kering Connect requests (Service Now) and become the key contact responsible to meet expected and agreed SLAs: one day for normal process / one week for creation when requestor did not provide all mandatory documents
·  Participate to continuous improvement and evolutive maintenance of our 40.000+ vendors database, and Vendor MDM processes, collecting business requirements and challenging them, driving solutions and training to key-users and end-users till completion
·  Interact wisely with internal resources and consultants from our SAP COE and Finance Shared Services (central and regional hubs)

Who you are

·  Graduate in Engineering or Economics
·  You have a previous experience (at least 3 years) in master data management, gained in service-oriented companies, shared services and complex matrix organizations in the Retail industry
·  You are at ease with ticketing tools and delivery deadlines
·  Experienced on participation to Account Payables or Account Receivable data migration projects
·  You have strong listening, critical thinking and teamwork skills
·  A cooperative individual, rigorous, autonomous, organized, committed and transparent
·  Knowledgeable in MS Office Suite
·  Fluent in English, both written and spoken; Italian and French are a plus
