The Kering Construction department is currently seeking a Construction Intern to join our dynamic team based in Milan.
Job Description
Your opportunity
You will be a part of the Group Construction team supporting and ensuring the control and follow-up of all construction projects in Italy and you will report directly to the Construction Project Manager.
How you will contribute?

Support in preparation of technical and contractual documents for tenders, in particular for selection of architect teams and suppliers
·
Support the control of contractual and administrative aspects of the construction process: purchase orders, contract management, invoice tracking and approval
·
Support in the implementation of the reporting tool and costs analysis for all phases of the project
·
Support in on-site audit to verify works compliance with standards and requirements
·
Verify and archive project certifications and create a database of Construction projects
·
Implement new local procedures in accordance with corporate needs
Who you are ?
·
You have a bachelor or master degree, preferably in architecture, engineering, finance or related fields
·
You have a general understanding of construction principles, knowledge about basic project management practices will be a plus
·
You have excellent written and spoken communication skills, and can communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
·
You feel comfortable both working independently and as team player
·
You are a flexible and organized individual, and you are able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
·
You are able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
·
You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
·
You are fluent in Italian and English, both oral and written
