Your opportunity

We are looking for a Legal Specialist, to support our Legal Team based in Milan and with a focus on IP & Marketing. How you will contribute

·  Support in the management of the Intellectual Property assets of the Company, through the assessment of the design of new collections, the supervision of the trademarks’ portfolio, the evaluation of the IP rights connected to special projects, such as specific collaborations or campaigns and enforcement of the relevant rights.
·  Report research findings - both online and offline - drafting memos, opinions and preparation of legal documentation, also staying up to date on legal and regulatory developments.
·  Support in drafting and negotiating various types of agreements (e.g. NDAs, events organization, talents, models, services and media partnership agreements) both in English and Italian.
·  Assist other departments by giving legal advice and assistance on contractual and non-contractual matters.
·  Manage external law firms in Italy and abroad and the relation with other group Brands.

Who you are

·  Passionate : You are eager to start your legal career, bringing enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine interest in learning and growing within the profession.
·  Committed : You hold a Master’s degree in Law and may have up to 1 year of experience through internships or entry-level roles, either in law firms or as in house. You are organized, detail-oriented, and motivated. You are fluent in Italian and English.
·  Audacious : You are proactive, resilient, and results-oriented. You approach new challenges with determination, adaptability, and a willingness to learn from experience.
·  Collaborative : You thrive in a team-oriented environment. From day one, you’ll be supported and trusted with responsibilities, encouraged to make a meaningful contribution while learning from colleagues and sharing knowledge across the business.
