Job Description
Your opportunity
The role's mission is to collaborate on the Customer Service processes development initiatives in all the project phases. The Customer Service Project Analyst will assist the project team during the business requirement analysis, process design, IT system development and roll out phase. The Customer Service Project Specialist Analyst will collaborate to the improvement of tools and software application working with all business functions involved (Sales, Information Technology, Customer Service, Supply Chain).
How you will contribute
· Develop initiatives of process optimization
· Analysis of the business and user requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications
· Participate in solution option evaluations with IT teams and business partners
· Collaborate in system development initiatives both during implementation and post-implementation phase assisting in integration, testing and key user training
· Develop implementation plans and associated documentation
Who you are
· Master's degree in engineering or management
· Knowledge of SAP ERP systems
· Knowledge of order-to-cash flows
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint)
· Knowledge of emerging digital technologies
· Fluent in English
· Project management
· Strong analytical skills
· Proactive, problem solver and able to work on own initiative
· Team player with a proactive orientation to results
· Pragmatic and precise
· Ability to prioritize work effectively
· Dynamism, passion, enthusiasm
