We are currently seeking a paralegal who will report directly to the Legal Counsel in charge of corporate activities, as part of our dynamic team based in Milan.
Job Description
Your opportunity
The candidate will be part of the Legal Shared Services team which provides Kering Houses with legal support on a variety of legal matters in the field of commercial law, with specific focus on topics related to supply chain operations.
How you will contribute
· Supporting the legal team in organizing and managing corporate activities, including the keeping of company books and the preparation of corporate documents and minutes
· Collecting signatures, preparing cover’s presentation, keeping up-to-date records and databases
· Organizing and managing documents, including the creation of spreadsheets
· Supporting the creation of memoranda for the benefit of internal clients
Who you are
· You are graduated from high school
· You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
· You have strong attention to detail and high level of confidentiality
· You are a passionate, flexible individual with a proactive approach and willingness to learn
· You are able to work both in team and autonomously
· You have advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
