Your opportunity
We are looking for a Temporary (1 year contract) Corporate Health and Safety Specialist to join our organization and support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our health and safety programs in Kering Italy. You will be part of the Kering Italia H&S team, and you will be involved in all activities and action plans related to Health and Safety issues according to D.Lgs 81/08, in support of our R.S.P.P.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with all relevant health and safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
You will also be responsible for maintaining records and liaising with regulatory bodies as necessary. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can analyse data, and recommend effective solutions to improve workplace safety.
How you will contribute
Implement, manage, and continuously improve safety policies and plans across all sites
Organize and conduct engaging health and safety training sessions, creating new informational materials as needed
Comply with the Health Surveillance obligations organizing medical visits providing support for employees with specific health needs
Regularly perform internal audits and inspections to ensure consistent adherence to established safety procedures across all sites
Deliver and monitor the correct use and consumption of PPE
Update, and maintain comprehensive Risk Assessment Documents
Update and draft Emergency Procedures and Plans for all locations
Verify supplier qualifications and ensure safety compliance, including creating and updating Interference Risk Assessment Documents
Ensure all HSE documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with legal requirements deadlines and Group policies
Ensure the health and safety management system remains compliant with ISO 45001 standards
Prepare health and safety reports to senior management highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
Who you are
Degree in Prevention or related field
Specific H&S Professional certification preferred
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
First experience in a similar role
Good organization skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technological tools in general
Proficient in Italian, and professional English
