Job description

KERING BEAUTE, a Kering Group entity created in February 2023, is building a new area of expertise within Kering to ensure its Brands can fulfill their potential in the Beauty category which is a natural extension of their universe. Kering Beauté teams develop this new expertise for a portfolio of powerful Houses such as Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Pomellato and Qeelin. Our purpose is to create value for the Group and its Houses, drawing on each of their unique identity in a way that is fully consistent with their strategy and market positioning, putting innovation and creativity at the core while crafting tomorrow’s Luxury Beauty in a sustainable and responsible way

You will report directly to the Supply Chain Director. In this context of team building, you will have the opportunity to support your manager in two kinds of missions: operational and projects.

Mission
Operational role

• Manages components supply, production & distribution plans
• Inventory replenishments between locations
• Optimizes customer service, inventory & costs within Kering sustainability guidelines
• Collaborates with other departments and external partners
• Supports the business integration projects

Master data coordination

• Ensure Master data accuracy and supports data migration projects
Capability role
• Suggest and build processes & tools for Kering Beauté and Creed
Helps improving and keeping the documentation up to date

Main Responsibilities

• Supply planning – Generate, optimize & follow components supply, production plans at TPM (Third Party Manufacturer), distribution/deployment, inventory replenishments plans
• Helps developing inventory glidepath
• Collaborates with TPMs, Components Suppliers, 3PLs, freight forwarders & transportation companies
• Manage capacity planning, service issues, performance reviews
• Collaborates with customer service teams and other functions (Purchasing, NPD, Marketing, Sales, etc.), provides supply visibility and improvement actions
• Participates to the elaboration of department’s performance KPIs
• Performs root cause analyses and develop action plans
• Participates to DDS & planning routines
• Coordinates master data across departments
• Ensure Master data accuracy & readiness in line with project requirements
• Supports data migration projects (correct, transform, enrich existing master data)
• Participates to system solutions & tools design
• Participates to tests (UAT)
• Participates to the development of documentation and training materials
