Your opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Shared Services, the position is responsible to lead, support and deliver HR Operations as well as HR transformation and digitization projects for the Shared Service model of Kering Corporation. The role will ensure operations & projects governance, resource management, data integrity and accuracy in implementation and maintenance of HR systems, in-house applications and automation projects in compliance with local laws & legislations for SEAO region, including countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand, Guam and Philippines as well as any expansion plans.
How you will contribute

Oversee, manage and support all HR Operations, payroll/time and attendance systems implementations, Workday-payroll software integration work and any digitalization projects (eDoc, RPA etc.). This includes follow through all post implementation and integration issues and upgrades supporting end users.

Plan, lead and manage these projects by having good understanding of users’ needs and work processes for feasibility studies, designing and mapping, perform data integrity & accuracy, end-to-end testings in UAT and productive environments, support system/data migration, with proper sign-off agreements within Global/APAC guidelines.

As a point of liaison with external vendors, users, stakeholders and IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and provide resolutions.

Perform regular review and mandated audit and control exercises on systems for corrective actions, data integrity and accuracy as well as optimize work efficiency.

Support and design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation in compliance with local data protection laws.

Coach HR Operations and payroll teams in understanding the systems and HR/payroll processes to enable them to support all brands competently.

Support HR analytics for the region as required, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Who you are?
·
Degree in Information Systems/Management, Organisation behaviour/HR or its equivalent.
·
Min. 5 years’ related HRIS, payroll and project management experience. Preferably with working knowledge in Workday, Prosoft and iChris payroll software.

Logical, strong technical and organisation skills.
·
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholders’ management skills.
·
Driven, pro-active in solutions-based problem solving.
·
Independent, able to work under tight schedule.
