Job Family Description -M&A / Business Development: Develops and grows our strategic and business development activities as well as revenue from new and existing market segments and channels.
How you will contribute
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
· Strategize expansion initiatives, directing and conducting thorough research through various channels of information
· Evaluate existing business and market development to identify areas of opportunity and expansion for existing store network
· Ensure National brand image consistency (VM, price, discount, external staff training)
· Maintain good relationship with existing partners and engage them into promoting Qeelin
· Manage the leasing agreement negotiation process to minimize the potential issues in future operation; Optimize and protect the company’s interest
SALES AND INVENTORY PLANNING:
· Plan sales across different markets to reach monthly and yearly sales target
· Sufficiently and effectively drive new store development and existing store management to meet with the Qeelin business growth
SALES CHANNELS MANAGEMENT:
· Coordinate with Retail/Wholesale for store operations and sales planning
· Store opening and staff recruitment in collaboration with HR department
· Optimize the resources and make the best practice through the strategic negotiation with landlords
STRATEGY PLANNING:
· Assist Greater China Managing Director on corporate business planning
· Assist Greater China Managing Director on adhoc strategic projects
