Summary
Role Mission

The person will join the Supply Chain Process Innovation Team, with a focused role on two main topics: to monitor performances in Gucci Supply Chain and to support the innovation of processes and tools.
The mission of the candidate is to contribute to manage properly the planning of merchandise distribution starting from assortment until the delivery to the market, with a clear focus on Omni-Channel strategies.
The candidate will work in an international environment supporting both Central and Regional goals.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

·  Responsibility in project management with the following main tasks: produce documentation, monitor the project status and analyze the results
·  The constant and precise check on data reliability is an important task for this role
·  Produce reports, dashboards and presentations for both operative and executive vision (mainly using Excel and Access)
·  Induction and training for end user will be a relevant part of daily activities
·  In this role it is important to develop a deep knowledge of processes so to organize effective requirements during the project design phase and to share them with supplies and other stakeholders
·  The candidate will follow regular activities of ticketing and maintenance for the tools of responsibilities

Key Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, economics or related fields
·  One or two years of experience in a similar position are useful but not mandatory
·  Sound experience in using MS Excel
·  Good skill in MS Access, VBA and/or SQL language is a plus
·  Power BI and BI Tools competencies are requested as nice to have
·  Knowledge of SAP OTC modules is an important competence, even if internal courses and training will be provided
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Detail oriented and extreme accuracy
·  Ability to lead cross-functional tasks and ready to learn new things
·  Collaborative attitude to work in a project team and to support different levels of activities
