Role Mission
As a Senior Client Advisor, you act as a Gucci Brand Ambassador, delivering an exceptional and personalized client experience while achieving sales objectives. You build strong, lasting client relationships, drive loyalty, and support selected store leadership and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

·  Deliver best-in-class service and create memorable client experiences, both in-store and remotely.
·  Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and loyalty.
·  Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
·  Develop and expand your client portfolio through proactive outreach and relationship building.
·  Use client insights and in-store tools to personalize the customer journey.
·  Share relevant lifestyle and brand knowledge to enrich the client experience.
·  Support store operations and leadership initiatives when required.
