Role Description :
The PR, Celebrities and Special Events Cost Control specialist, under the supervision of the Global communications Cost Control Manager, will support in the definition of yearly Budget and will be responsible for coordination and administrative management of Budgets of the Global Communication Department.

Key Accountabilities :

Support in the preparation of yearly Budget and Forecasts for Global Communication Area   

Drafting of projects/events’ budgets in collaboration with the communication departments directly involved;

Negotiation with suppliers of fees and rights, finalization of related contracts (with legal support for the drafting of contractual documents) and procurement support for vendors negotiation

Managing Invoices checking and payment approval process, purchase orders entry

Cost tracking and reporting on the financial health of the department’s budget

Balance sheets analysis and alignment with accounting and cost control department;

Prepare Reports  and cost analysis ad hoc as requested by Communication and/or Finance department  

Sending and collecting fashion show contracts and ancillary documentations with fashion agencies and Celebrities;

Job Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration or  Accounting

Previous experience of minimum 2 years in accounting or administration field or financial control, preferably in Fashion industry.

Excellent Knowledge of the Office package , especially advanced use of Excel and Power point

Excellent Knowledge of English (fluent spoken and written)    

Goals oriented  and proactive

Analytical attitude with good synthesis skills

Flexibility, good organization  skills and attitude to multitasking activities  

Strong passion for Luxury and Fashion
