Summary
Role Mission

As Outlet Planner Assistant, you will support the budget, forecast and strategic planning activities for the outlet channel.
You will be involved in delivering the seasonal planning for the Outlet channel at markets level, and you will monitor key performance indicators such as: product performance (sales, sell-thrus, turns and months of supply) inventory and receipt goals by department, for both Regular Merchandise and Special Production.

Key Activities

How you will contribute (key accountabilities):

·  Analyze, evaluate and model a wide array of retail data;
·  Assist in all budgeting, planning, including the yearly budgeting process;
·  Support in running quantitative analyses, including but not limited to:  analyze sales, receipts and inventory levels comparing actual vs BDG, execute and study merchandising analysis to monitor KPI (i.e. sales mix, stock availability, months of supply, sell thrus, , etc.)
·  Support in monitoring total stock assigned to the Outlet channel: mark down returns from DOS channels, direct to outlet actions, merchandise coming from central warehouse, Special Production orders

Key Requirements

Things That Should Be in Your Background:

·  University Degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain with a strong quantitative focus;
·  Excellent verbal and written English and Italian;
·  Previous experience of 2  years in a quantitative and analytical role;
·  Sound analytical and numerical capabilities
·  Advanced Excel level

·  Excellent modeling skills coupled with the ability to analyze wide, complex arrays of data
·  The ability to prioritize, multitask and handle multiple requests with multiple degrees of priority simultaneously; attention to detail and the capacity to thrive under pressure;
·  Excellent organizational skills, time management skills and work ethic;
·  Experience with a formal planning application (RDM, Board, etc.) is a plus, but is not required
