Our Supply Chain department is hiring a Logistics Customer Service Specialist. This position, based in our NY corporate office with regular travel to the distribution center in Wayne, NJ, oversees the operational support to the Retail and Wholesale business of the company.  The candidate will ensure flow of information following order entry to invoicing.  The Customer Service team oversees priorities, inter-company transfers, return authorizations, as well as, meeting financial forecasts.  

Key Accountabilities

·  Monitor and compile all necessary information outlining the lifespan of an order from concentration to invoicing for the sales and merchandising teams;
·  Compile and communicate all necessary information needed to upload EDI orders with wholesale accounts regarding seasonal buys, pricing, delivery and resolution of discrepancies;
·  Liaise between worldwide (WW) customer service team and local sales team to ensure production delivery windows are adhered to;
·  Manage order release according to delivery windows and Supply Chain instructions;
·  Validate EDI transmission vs. booked orders;
·  Confirm seasonal price lists and pricing events;
·  Validate EDI transmission vs. booked orders;
·  Update shipping reports according to templates defined by sales team;
·  Provide customer service to wholesale partners throughout the order management cycle;
·  Be the master of wholesale partners’ routing guides partnering with the Kering Integrated Logistics team to ensure full compliance;
·  Manage, investigate and dispute chargeback claims;
·  Monitor shipments for wholesale and retail deliveries; maintain and update shipping reports;
·  Manage wholesale return authorizations;
·  Facilitate intercompany transfers between wholesale and retail channels;
·  Partner closely with the sales team for order entry and validation after market;
·  Support retail merchandising and operations teams with store batching and prioritizations;
·  Support retail channel with transfer exceptions;
·  Adhere to precision, quality and timing standards to ensure the best quality service.

Key Requirements

·  1-2 years of experience in wholesale operations, logistics or customer service;
·  Luxury experience a plus;
·  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field;
·  Experience with EDI processes and working with wholesale customer partner portals;
·  Must be analytical, detail oriented, able to multitask and have strong organizational skills;
·  Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
·  Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment;
·  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
·  Must be very proficient in Excel, have strong computer skills and experienced working with ERP, OMS or similar systems;
·  20% travel to travel to Wayne, NJ distribution center;
·  Team player with high level of professionalism.
