Role Mission

The role is Responsible for overall front desk management, office operations, employee and executive support, visitor services, and vendor coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment

Key Accountabilities

·  Ensure smooth and professional front desk operations and maintain a welcoming office environement
·  Support daily office administration including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
·  Provide responsive and accurate assistnce to employees, executives, and visitors
·  Maintain compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality in office security management records and systems.
·  Facicitate effecitve communication and coordination between departments and external partners

Key Responsibilities  

·  Front Desk & Visitoer Management
·  Greet and assist visitors, manage calls, and handle reception inquiries
·  Register visitor access, issue entry cards, and maintain access log
·  Coordinate quest parking registration and parking pass issuance
·  Office Operations & Administration
·  Manager meeting room reservations and ensure proper setup
·  Oversee main, courier, and invoice handling (Reception & B1 mailroon)
·  Maintain office supplies and pantry inventory (Coffee, tea, stationary, printing paper, etc.)
·  Process invoices and payments and manage office-related expense
·  Employee & Onboarding Support
·  Handle employee ID card issuance, fingerprint registration, and deletion.
·  Support new hire onboarding (welcome gift preparation, profile photo, etc.).
·  Manage office device lending (keyboard, mouse, HDMI cable, etc.).
·  Update employee phone numbers (LG U+ site management).Manage executive parking passes and related purchases.Executive Assistance

·  Manage the president meeting schdule, business cards, and logistics
·  Arrange CEO Korea visits, including transportation bookings

·  Manage regular procurement and inventory of office consumables and supplies (e.g., beverages, office stationery, etc.)
·  Coordinate uniform laundry, courier services, and supplier communications
·  Assist in facility contract management and regular maintenance activities
·  Compliance & Reporting
·  Maintain accurate access, purchase, and inventory logs
·  Share weekend and public holiday building records
·  Ensure data accuracy and adherence to internal procedures and reporting standards

Key Requirements

·  Must be fluent in Korean and able to communicate in English at a conversational level
·  Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility
·  Customer-oriented, approachable, and professional in communication and service delivery
·  Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a positive and adaptable attitude
·  Excellent multitasking and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
·  Good problem-solving and prioritization abilities
·  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office tools
·  Basic understanding of office facilities, inventory, and vendor management preferred
