Summary
Role Mission

Reporting to the Team Manager, the Client Advisor of the Experience Team will provide outstanding client service to Gucci clients of both e-Commerce, Stores and Gucci Osteria. He/She will promote the Brand and the collection, providing information, assistance and personalized client and sales experiences with an omnichannel approach.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

·  Manages incoming client communications for our e-Commerce, Stores, and Gucci Osteria through the different available channels, including Video Calls
·  Advises clients during Video Call appointments by showing the products available in our Client Services Showroom and by providing information on the brand’s history and recent updates
·  Proactively contacts clients in order to develop his/her personal client book, ensuring personalised experiences and building long-lasting relationships
·  Manages shipments of client gifts
·  Takes care of product stock in our Client Services Showroom, ensuring items are neatly stored and punctually categorised 
·  Takes care of product display in our Client Services Showroom
·  Supports clients in placing distant orders or with reservations at Gucci Osteria
·  Reaches team’s KPIs and targets in terms of performance quality and business results
·  Efficiently interacts with internal and external stakeholders (Clients, Stores, Gucci Osteria, Client Services Operations Team, Warehouse, Couriers)
·  Completes training respecting the deadlines defined by Training Manager and Team Manager

Key Requirements

·  Previous Client Service experience, preferably in Luxury Retail
·  Client-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·  Digital proficient and willing to work with different digital tools, including video call
·  Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
·  Empathetic and curious approach
·  Able to manage stress with calm and proactivity  
·  Fluent in German or French, and English. Knowledge of Italian is a plus
