Summary
Role Mission

The Business Controlling Specialist, under the supervision of the Business Controller, will be involved in the strategic analyses for decision-making and collaborate on the profitability tracking for the various business channels and events.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

·  Run monthly analysis on channels profitability by updating the working files, preparing and commenting reports for top management
·  Perform ad-hoc analysis on business and events performance by structuring, preparing and presenting reports
·  Support on capital budgeting activities by reviewing the request of investments from the regions, assessing the business plans and investment returns for new openings, refurbishments of directly operated stores.
·  Assist in the business controlling and planning activities of specific business channels

Job requirements

·  Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Business, Economics or Finance
·  3 years of experience in similar role within finance department or as consultant in business advisory/audit
·  Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
·  Capability to structure analysis, reports and business models in Excel
·  Capability to synthesize clear takeaways from complex information using PowerPoint
·  Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
