Role: Graphic Designer (6 month contract)

Job Summary:

Responsible for developing and delivering visual assets to support the Christopher Kane brand.

Duties:

Work closely alongside art director in creating, visualizing and executing concepts for special projects.

Update website content and work alongside e-commerce and communications

teams in planning content strategy, creating engaging content for

e-mail newsletters, social media and special projects.

Design, develop and manage all brand collateral in both print and digital including but not limited to… look books, invitations, packaging, seasonal graphics and presentations.

Manage and maintain image archive and oversee production process and distribution of print and digital assets for publication.

Liaise with photo studios and photographer's on format specifications and provide retouching comments.

Work with design and art teams in creating seasonal graphics and concepts.

Requirements:

• Consistent ability to deliver high quality work within tight deadlines.

• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize when working on multiple simultaneous projects.

• Very strong typographic skills and perfectionist attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

• Professional knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Professional photo editing and retouching skills.

• Advanced experience of using a CMS to upload and manage content.

• Advanced experience of file formatting and set to print.

• Understanding of cross browser/device compatibility and usability for web.
