Job Description

We are currently seeking a Scheduling & Production Control Department Specialist who will report to the White Product & Global Quality Manufacturing Manage r, as part of our HQ in Sesto Fiorentino (FI).

Your opportunity

You will report to the White Product & Global Quality Manufacturing Manage r, taking care of the supervision of all aspects regarding Production Planning, Production control, Monitoring, and creation of new KPIs.

How you will contribute

·  Carefully evaluate all parameters regarding production, KPIs or performance indicators as well as facilitate them creation, in collaboration with the area coordinators. Quantity of products, raw materials and timing are the factors that are carefully monitored to prevent any downturns in the company's production aspects;
·  The candidate is the natural interface of production planning, she/he deals with the control of production flows, the balancing of the department sections and carries out expediting activities on production projects of company relevance;
·  Constantly monitors the progress of the department and supports the team in solving any problems that slow down the production activity;
·  Be an active part in the total re-engineering process of the White Manufacturing department with a proactive approach in the phase of technological and process transformation;
·  Be the actor in an important process of revision of production standards and will coordinate Problem Solving groups by implementing the principles and appropriate management methods;
·  Actively participates in the IT evolution of the factory by collecting the floor needs and translating them into proposals appropriately discussed with the IT function;

Who you are

·  Engineering Degree;
·  3-5 years’ experience in production departments in structured and manufacturing companies;
·  Fluent in English;
·  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Microsoft Project is appreciated);
·  Ability to analyze and attitude for the processing of production data;
·  Relational skills in production and leadership in the management of work groups;
·  Attitude to problem solving and application of Lean manufacturing logic;;
