Job Description
Sales reconciliation between PDH vs POS and BTQ vs POS. Preparation of invoices, credit notes and electronic complementary payments.
· Support on daily reconciliation between PDH and POS.
· Follow up of the differences with Stores Directors and/or PDH.
· Every 15 days elaboration of PDH invoices, credit notes and payments complements.
· Support on boutiques sales reconciliation, assuring bank. deposits according to payment method.
· Bank statements daily review for sales reconciliation.
· Support on Contpaq journal entries regarding sales, comissions and collection.
· Support on Boutiques sales file for rent payment.
· Bonifications monthly review charged by PDH.
· Download from PDH portal on a weekly basis the payments scheduled.
· Monthly download of the invoices from SAT portal for sales reconciliation.
