Job description

This key role within the Worldwide CRM Team, will be responsible for the correct local implementation and execution of all global CRM strategies and programs within the EMEA Region.

The successful candidate will be a passionate, hands-on CRM Manager and Customer Champion - well versed in the logics of CRM within a Global Luxury Company whom can effectively promote the benefits across the EMEA Region to deliver a hearts and mind-set change.

This role requires ongoing engagement with the EMEA CEO, Regional Managers and Store Managers as well as the Global Communication and Marketing Teams.

Main assignments

· Manage all aspects of the ongoing CRM operations including weekly, monthly and ad hoc client analysis, reporting and benchmarking for the EMEA business team
· Manage the customer data collection processes in stores to ensure the Database Quality and the ongoing monitoring of relevant KPI's and data cleansing activities for the region
· Establish a close and open relationship with the Local General Managers, to ensure the changing needs of the Business are supported by the Corporate CRM strategy and tools
· Develop and implement a localized European CRM strategy focused on segmented clienteling action plans to drive engagement and sales, including the management of relevant contact calendars for the region
· Campaign creation, list and data extraction and performance tracking to ensure continual learning and improvement cycle in all one-to-one and local marketing activities and events
· Support local management in the creation of recaps and presentations to align all parties when necessary
· Training of local CRM users and Stores users on CRM Tools
· Adaptation of Global Guidelines

Desired profile



Qualifications

·  A minimum of 3 years' experience within a similar role in a Global Luxury Company
·  Direct experience of operational CRM and the implementation and execution of a Global CRM strategy within the EMEA Region as it relates to analytics, client segmentation, direct marketing, customer engagement and clienteling activities
·  Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data to drive sales and client marketing efforts
·  Excellent computer skills: Excel and PowerPoint are a must, experience of systems such as Microstrategy, Access, Salesforce, SAS Marketing or similar an advantage
·  Strong communication and project management skills, highly organized with great attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve
·  A Team Player that is self-motivated and has the ability to motivate and influence others and work both proactively within cross-functional teams and independently
·  Fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken, additional languages are a plus
