Job Description

Your Opportunity

As the E-Commerce Operations Coordinator , you will be responsible for fulfillment and return activities to ensure and support efficient operations in our Distribution Center located in Wayne, New Jersey. 

How you will contribute

· 
Work closely with the 3PL to ensure timely processing of e-commerce outbound orders and returns

· 
Raise customer return issues with brand(s) customer service teams when applicable and work towards a speedy resolution

· 
Manage daily requests from the brand(s) Client Services teams such as order status, order edits / cancellations, returns processing and quality check inspections

· 
Call out process and SOP breakdowns and work with your direct supervisor and the 3PL to correct as soon as possible

· 
Work with the 3PL to maintain and update reports necessary for the E-commerce Operations team and confirm the report(s) accuracy

· 
Act as the SME when new brand guidelines are rolled out and work with the 3PL to ensure they are aligned

· 
Complete ad hoc requests as they arise. Requests can include but are not limited to time studies, packaging audits, product quality checks, and training requirements 

· 
When applicable, send inbound bulk shipment POs to the 3PL and track the complete product lifecycle flow to ensure SLA is met

Who you are

· 
1-2 years’ experience in E-commerce Operations

· 
Strong customer orientation and sensitiveness to the world of luxury products

· 
Good organizational skills

· 
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· 
Dynamic, proactive, self-starter

· 
Ability to work as a team player

· 
Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel

· 
English required, Spanish a plus
