Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description - Retail Management: Defines and supervises the commercial strategy for the retail channel. Analyzes KPIs to achieve commercial goals. Speciality Description - Regional Management: Defines strategic initiatives for implementation across the retail channel. Supervises the store network to develop the business and improve the brand positioning within the market.
