Job Description

We are currently seeking a Store Supervisor who will report to Boutique Manager as part of our dynamic team in Singapore.

Your opportunity

Store Supervisor will assist the Boutique Manager for overall management of the boutique, staff, merchandise and customer-service. The Store Supervisor will also be responsible for achieving sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandizing standards and set target/goals, building highly motivated teams and developing sales associates into next level to maximize store performance.

How you will contribute

Job Description:  

·  Assist the store manager to manage the daily behavior norms of employees, ensure that employees comply with Boucheron work standards, motivate employees to create good sales performance;  
·  Ensure that the customer service meets the company standards;  
·  Communicate with customers, understand customer needs, strive to improve customer satisfaction, feedback and deal with customer comments and part of the complaint;  
·  Achieve personal sales targets, and assist the store manager to achieve team sales targets;  
·  Maintain old customers and develop new customers;  
·  Drive and track the daily/weekly/monthly sales from sales consultants to ensure budget is met;  
·  Assist the store manager to complete the daily administrative work of the store;  
·  Assist store manager to develop team.  

Job specification  

·  Good affinity and sales ability;  
·  Prior experience in luxury retail or premium jewelry brands is preferred
·  Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skill
·  Enthusiastic team player, friendly personality with can-do attitude
·  Good command of English and Mandarin
