Job description

Job Family Group Description - Supply Chain: Gathers pre- and post-production cycle jobs in fields such as resource planning, order management, logistics and distribution, warehousing and aftersales repair services. Job Family Description -Supply Chain Management/ Generalist: Manages and coordinates our company’s logistics and supply chain function across sub-functions such as warehousing, material management and distribution/transportation to meet our company’s business requirements.

Role

AS the Supply chain intern, this role offers hands-on exposure to the full scope of supply chain operations at a luxury jewelry Maison, spanning supply chain operations, logistics operations management, and data management.

 

 

Supply chain operations

·  Extract inventory data from internal systems and regularly update inventory tracking files.
·  Manage inbound shipment schedules and arrival notice across product categories and keep shipment/consolidation tracking files up to date.
·  Consolidate and process weekly customer and boutique replenishment orders based on minimum stock levels, and track order status, back-orders, and expected delivery dates against internal service-level targets.
·  Consolidate data and support quarterly supply chain performance analysis and business reviews with the team.
·  Communicate order status with HQ and provide inventory updates to boutiques.
·  Manage POSM replenishment based on sales trends, including system stock updates and discrepancy checks with logistics partners
·  Support the timely distribution of packaging materials and POSM to boutiques.

 

Logistics operations management

·  Support regular and Carnet import shipments export operations.
·  Monitor inbound and outbound shipment schedules and share relevant updates.
·  Consolidate weekly export requests and maintain the related shipment records.
·  Prepare, review, and distribute shipping documents, including HAWBs, invoices, and flight information.
·  Coordinate stock returns and outbound shipments with logistics partners and internal stakeholders.
·  Share the necessary shipment and customs clearance information with relevant parties.

Data Management & General operations

·  Maintain store-to-store stock transfer requests and follow up on pending cases.
·  Consolidate transfer and inventory data to support process improvements.
·  Compile monthly logistics expenses and support invoice processing.
·  Assist with regular stock counts and consignment inventory management.
·  Report system issues and coordinate follow-up through IT support tickets.

Requirements

·  A University graduate who has interested in Luxury brand or Retail industry in retail market
·  Basic understanding of luxury jewelry products
·  Strong proficiency in MS ExcelStrong communication skills in English & Korean
·  Proactive and collaborative working attitudeStrong communication and organizational skills & time management.
