The Sustainability Projects Coordinator assists the Senior Sustainability Manager in driving the Company’s Sustainability strategy, aligned with the vision of the Kering Group and the ambitions of the Executive Committee. This internship position is pivotal in supporting the business transformation to achieve and surpass the Company’s ambitious Sustainability goals.
Your missions:
• Contribute to the implementation of the Maison's Sustainability strategy in alignment with business priorities, working closely with operational teams across the organization.
• Support the measurement of the Company’s Sustainability performance, data collection, and environmental reporting.
• Monitor and synthesize industry trends, regulatory developments, and stakeholder requirements in Sustainability. Develop strategic reports and recommendations on specific Sustainability topics to support decision-making and translate them into actionable plans.
• Assist in the development of communication plans and materials for both internal and external use.
Your profile:
• You are a Master student (Economics, Engineering, Law, Environmental Science, Sustainability, etc.) or equivalent looking for a 6-month internship and a strong affinity with Sustainability / Corporate Social Responsibility.
• High interest and understanding of Sustainability especially in Boucheron focus area (ex. Responsible mining, circular economy, climate strategy, carbon footprint, etc.).
• At least 6 months of relevant experience. Experience in project management, coordination, and change is appreciated. Field experience and associative work are valued.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have an ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals both internally and externally. Proactivity, adaptability, and integrity are valued.
• Looking for analytical skills coupled with a solution-driven mindset.
• MS Office proficiency, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in French & English.
