We are currently seeking a WW Women’s LG Retail Merchandising Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute?

·  Support weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales reporting for leather goods categories
·  Support the tracking and analysis of key performance indicators (sell‑through, stock levels, top/bottom performers)
·  Contribute to monthly merchandising calls.
·  Monitor competitive activity and trends.
·  Assist Merchandisers with ad hoc operational tasks, reports, and projects.

Who you are?

·  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field.
·  Strong command of English. Knowledge of another regional language (e.g., French and Chinese languages) is an advantage.
·  Excellent IT skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools).
·  Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
·  Curious, proactive, and solution oriented.
·  Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
·  Interest in luxury, fashion, and product strategy.
