Bottega Veneta have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Visual Merchandising Manager to join our Sydney Head Office team based in the CBD.   The ideal candidate will be someone who uses their creativity to inspire and maintian a compelling presentation of merchandise within the Bottega Veneta stores across Australia, that will engage customers and help stimulate sales activity.

How will you contribute:

·  Responsible for management, design, preparation and implementation of a creative visual merchandising strategy for all stores within Australia;
·  Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result;
·  Collaborate with the Merchandiser to identify key product focuses and create visual display to promote items within each store across Australia;
·  Act in alignment to the company direction, products, image and target market;
·  Responsible for preparing the Australian portion of the annual visual merchandising budget and ensuring the costs are monitored monthly; 
·  Responsible for creating and conducting training to all retail staff on visual merchandising guidelines to ensure product is displayed in accordance to company’s direction;
·  Identify staff with talent and a good eye for detail to be instore Visual Merchandisers;
·  Responsible for ensuring that visual displays are regularly updated to promote new season launches and have a continuous communication flow with instore teams to ensure these displays are maintained;
·  Act as the sole contact for Bottega Veneta Australia when liaising with suppliers, sourcing elements and ensuring the coordination of the logistics of props for stores and pop up stores is within a timely manner;
·  Conduct research on demographics and design trends;
·  Management of the preparation and submission of the monthly visual merchandising report within the specified timeframe and distribute to all Australian stores;
·  Work closely with Regional Visual Merchandising Manager to ensure HQ direction is applied within Australian stores;
·  Travel across Australia monthly to visit stores and conduct display changes and updates;
·  Be a key contributor when working on local projects and initiatives including; pop up stores etc.
