How you will contribute?
·
Coding of the models, compilation of the bill of materials and transferring of information to suppliers.
·
Processing of data concerning the development of the prototypes and bill of materials.
·
Supporting in overseeing our PLM system (data entry, amendments, updates etc.).
·
Supporting in coordinating the requests from the Design team (insertion in the system, updating on the collection board, etc.).
·
Being involved in meetings with external suppliers for the correction of defects of garments and collection of all the data necessary for the progress of the collection (fabrics / accessories to be sent, bill of materials update etc.) and management of the supplier package.
·
Helping in coordinating the prototype orders from PD office to external suppliers and vice versa.
·
Supporting during production fittings.
Who you are?
·
BA in Fashion Design/Product Management.
·
Product sensibility and knowledge combined with a strong analytical mindset.
·
Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
·
Agile mindset, Excellent problem-solving and team working skills.
·
Detail-oriented, dynamic and proactive attitude.
·
Proficient with Microsoft Office Package (Excel & Power Point).
·
Experience with PLM system will be highly recommended.
·
Fluent in Italian and English.
